To Know & To Fall in Love
To live a healthy life style, we all have to first know what is it all about. WHY? Because if you don't know anything about it, you won't fall in love with it. I will start with the basic questions that might popped up when you first hear it; What does it mean? Why is it so important? And what we need to do?
Let me introduce with what is a healthy life style means. According to World Health Organization(1999), a healthy life style is a way of life that reduces the likelihood that you will be chronically ill or die early, a lifestyle that will help you enjoy more aspects of your life and a way of life that assist your whole family. Based on the definition itself, it's obvious that living a healthy life style doesn't just benefit you. It affects everyone around you positively in so many ways
It's crucial to live a healthy life style to ensure you & the people around you live the life to the fullest. When you manage to live a healthy lifestyle, it will affect you in so many aspects. Farhud (2015) said it affects individual in 9 aspects but I'm not going to elaborate more, I just want to highlight the sleep aspect.

When you live a healthy life style, you will have a good sleeping schedule. Having an enough amount of sleep will help in being a productive individual the next day and improve your mood! Good mood means good day! Thus, do live your life healthily people!!!!
